Refund of unused vertical meter:

If the guaranteed vertical meters are not reached due to weather or mechanical problems you will be refunded CAD $ 31 per 1,000 feet (305 m) unused vertical. The per person charge for extra vertical is CAD $ 31 per 1,000 (305 m) vertical feet.
